I purchased this blender a couple of weeks ago and have been using it at least twice a day. I've made lots of different kinds of smoothies, nut milks, hummus and hot chocolate. It is wonderful...it pulverizes everything. Cashew milk is dreamy. My Kitchen Aid I had wouldn't even puree bananas. Depending on how long you let it run it will liquify anything! Green smoothies are great in this. It is easy to clean as well. It's a little bit louder than my Kitchen Aid but not much. I do wear hearing protection though just to be on the safe side as I don't want to lose my hearing when I get old. The cost was a lot less than the vitamix as well.
