This blender is very nice,it come with two canisters (metal and glass)I would have given this blender a higher mark of 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that the metal canister leak at the seal. It's more on the high end scale at a cheaper price.Definetly worth the money spent for it.All other functions work perfectly well.

This is my third blender in the last year. The first lasted one day. My last one just wasn't making it when it comes for crushing ice and making smoothies and the 10 speeds were worthless.

Update 4/25/07: The plastic bushing broke off of one jar and the threads stripped on the other. What a waste of a good banana!
Update 6/13/08: Reference the above update, I contacted VillaWare about the problem. Fortunately, it was still under warranty and they sent me a new blender. They also paid for me to ship the broken one back to...Read more

I was given this blender as a gift a short time back. At first my impression was wow, a nice blender. Then after using it a few times, my attitude towards it grew sour. It has a big motor that only seems to get hot and strip the base gears. I'm looking elsewhere for its replacement.
