This review is from: Remanufactured KitchenAid RRKSB3WH Ultra Power 3-Speed Blender (White) (Kitchen) I was slightly hesitant to order this reconditioned item since there weren't any prior reviews here on Amazon. However, knowing their great return policy, I figured I didn't have anything to lose. Plus, I had previously ordered a KitchenAid reconditioned stand mixer from Amazon and had a good experience with that.
I ordered this on a Friday Sale for only $29.99 and received it only 4 days later with the free shipping option. I inspected it carefully, and could find no indication that it had been previously used - looked brand new to me. My favorite thing about this blender is that it crushes ice wonderfully. It can crush a tray of extra-large cubes in about 10-15 seconds. 10 of 10 people found the following review helpful: By Blog Shag "I believe in juicing" (San Bernardino County, California) - See all my reviews This review is from: Remanufactured KitchenAid RRKSB3WH Ultra Power 3-Speed Blender (White) (Kitchen) Update: January 2011. 5 years and this blender hasn't missed a beat. How long has your blender lasted? This is a true KitchenAid product-built to last. Too bad they don't make this model anymore, because the KitchenAid blender models that replaced it are quite ugly.
Pros Powerful, Efficient, Durable Motor, Blends And Chops Ice Like A Pro, Aesthetically Pleasing Cons Expensive? 3 speeds may not be enough for some people The Bottom Line Although expensive to some, it has renowned Kitchen-Aid quality and performance. You won't go back to cheap blenders after experiencing this blender. This review is from: Remanufactured KitchenAid RRKSB3WH Ultra Power 3-Speed Blender (White) (Kitchen) First of all, let me give you my past experience in using a blender. I used my boyfriend's blender, which is "cheap" according to him, something you buy from the supermarket or department storef or less than 30 dollars. I loved his blender. It made awesome smoothies. So, I've decided to get one for myself, except I got a name brand, Kitchenaid, under his recommendation of getting something that'll probably last longer if I use it regularly. I got a white one, though I THOUGHT I ordered a black one. I am not sure whether it was my fault or amazon's, but anyways, it's not as pretty as I thought, but it's nice. It is a refurbished unit. Amazon advertised it as having a 1 year warranty. The documents in the box said 6 months. That was a dissapointment. I tried the blender right away, following the instructions of cleaning before use. With the "greater than 500 watt" power advertised on the Kitchenaid site, I expected the blender to...Read more |
