Expensive, but worth it because it helps me start the day with a healthy breakfast!,

This extra large blender cup to go with my Tribest personal blender was a bit overpriced, but worth it to me because it helps me start each day with a healthy breakfast smoothie. Another reviewer predicted it would be too tall and the blender wouldn't be able to mix everything thoroughly. I have not had a single problem with this, and I throw all sorts of stuff in there - frozen fruit chunks, Greek yogurt, protein powder, ground flax seed, nut butters, etc. You just have to make sure there is enough liquid in the mixture, as with any blender. I even take the whole system with me, along with my protein and flax powders, whenever I travel, and I'm sure it's saving me money each time I don't have to go out and buy a restaurant breakfast. I just stop at the grocery store on my way from the airport to the hotel for a carton of soy milk and a couple pieces of fruit and I'm all set. I love that it just rinses clean, too. So easy, so convenient!

First, we're talking $27 for a plastic cup.
Plus -- Cup is too long and thin to be used effectively with a blender that is wimpy to begin with. You'll never be able to use all of the capacity.
Plus - the plastic is so fragile it might as well be glass. You have to treat it as such because the tall cone-shape makes it quite unstable.
This is a very expensive, badly designed product.
