Great while it worked,

I bought this on 1-3-2011. It died on 2-28-2011. It was simply required to do one protein shake a day 5 days a week. None on the weekend. Lasted less than two months. Not Commercial Quality in my opinion.
Now, how do I get warranty service??????
Contacted the vendor that sold it to me. They got the process going and I should receive the new unit today, 3-15-11.
We will see how this unit holds up.
