Their response has been that the parts are not available because it is a new product. After 5 calls to their customer service, I have a brand new blender with a bad gasket 8 months later. (It worked great -- much better than the Kitchen Aid which I returned.) Customer service is completely unapologetic and unhelpful. I can't find a replacement of the plastic ring with blade that fits in the bottom of the jar. It was a beautiful blender and the thought of tossing it makes me want to cry. Future blender buyers, beware! |
