There's nothing worse than ingesting protein after a hot workout that is just bottled water and protein. with this thing I can add ice and fruit for a refreshingly tasty cold drink to help cool me off after a work out and make it in a conveinent single serving mug that I can take with me. It chops the ice with eaze and delivers a frothy ice cold shake. I used it to make a pitcher of adult frozen beverages and it's as perfect as you would get in a resturant. I would recommend this to anyone with a need for a blender.

I purchased this because I needed a large capacity blender for entertaining. The dual motors and huge blending capacity are great concepts but the qulaity is not there with this product. The unit leaked temendously and made a complete mess. The small containers are a nice addition but I would just use a normal blender or get the magic bullet if I wanted a 16 oz drink. This unit is massive.
